Return and exchange policy
When receiving the goods, you can view the goods and check with the shipper or record a video of opening the goods to receive the best support from the shop. In case there is no video of opening the goods for comparison, the shop will resolve each specific case.
You can contact to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must be intact, unused and in the same condition as when received and provide a video of the unboxing as well as the current status of the order.
In case of errors in the delivery or shipping process, the shop will rely on the customer's packaging video and unpacking video to check and send replacement goods or resolve the return for you.
Return shipping fee:

If the product is not the shop's fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The shop will not accept orders with shipping fees and will refund the customer if the shipping fee has not been paid.

If the product is due to the shop's fault, the shop will bear the shipping costs for sending replacement goods as well as returning the goods. Customers who pay in advance will be compensated by bank transfer or given a free shipping voucher for the next order.
